This 2k primer can be applied to a wide range of substrates with outstanding adhesion and sealing properties.
Pro2kPrime is also very quick drying, and is isocyanate free.
Supplied with the unique Vari-nozzle, giving the user a choice of spray pattern for flexibility.
Comes in 200ml or 500ml cans
• Carry out test spray
• Areas to be sprayed must be free of grease, dust and dry
• For professional use only
• Wear an appropriate respirator
Remove cap and insert metal ring provided.
Pull fully out and twist 360° to release activator.
Shake aerosol for at least two minutes, after agitator ball is free.
Apply in cross coats from distance of 250mm from object.
2-3 coats @ 50μm
Between coats 3 minutes @ 20°C
Sanding 45 minutes @ 20°C
Wet on wet 20 minutes @ 20°C
Infrared 15-20 minutes.
Wet sand 400-500grit.
After use, turn aerosol upside down and empty valve.
