Hawk StoneGard LO

StoneGard Lo is an acrylic urethane topcoat with low odor and a VOC level less than 350 g/l while maintaining the same coverage and performance as the traditional system. The fast-curing formula is ideal for topcoating over water-based coatings like StoneFlecks™ Ultra Multi-Color Finishes, or anywhere a superior scratch-resistant surface is required.

• Mixes 2:1:1 with GlasTech Lo 9000 catalyst and GlasTech Lo reducer

• When the primer and/or mid-coat is dry to the touch and denibbed, lightly sand with 400 grit
  sandpaper, wipe the surface with a tack cloth.
• Shake resin well prior to mixing.
• Mix to a smooth consistency. No induction time is necessary.
• Apply 3 medium coats. Allow solvent to flash for a few minutes between coats.
• Masking can be removed after the topcoat is dry to the touch.

StoneGard topcoat will be dry to the touch in approximately 4 hours.

Mix ratio:
2 parts StoneGard Lo resin
1 part GlasTech Lo 9000 catalyst
1 part GlasTech Lo 9000 reducer
